Sad to say, but only new facilities like this one, have the right room layouts, bathrooms, etc...usually our only "complaint" is the sad needle spray type shower heads and cracked tile in the bathrooms. This facility was just right, great water pressure, no "needle: spray, very warm and hospitable all around. The location was ideal for us getting our history "nerd" on: Antietam battlefield and Harpers Ferry. Both only about twenty minutes away in either direction.

The hotel exceeded my expectations! I love that the soaps and shampoos were Dove and not the normal cheap water-downed ones hotels typically use. Location was perfect with a sheetz within walking distance. It was nice and quiet and welcoming.

We loved every thing about our stay there. The room big enough for us to be comfortable in. The breakfast had great variety, the lobby was beautifully decorated and the afternoon front desk staff, Debbie, was very friendly and helpful.

Compared to all other chain hotels where I’ve stayed in the past 15 years, this room was the cleanest, largest, and best designed. This was the only hotel I’ve stayed in since 3/2020 which routinely cleans the filters in the room’s ac/heating unit. At all others, I’ve cleaned the filters myself. Breakfast was hearty enough to fuel a day of biking on the C&O canal. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

It's the cleanest hotel I have visited recently with little or no complain. Staff great and very considerate. My kids enjoyed the stay even though they never left the room. They begged to stay one more night...

It is a beautiful, shiny, virtually new facility. The staff we had contact with was very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. The bedroom area and bathroom were very attractive. The breakfast was also very good. The entire experience was quite nice.

The breakfast was good. The facilities are newly furnished and clean. There is a gym and small indoor pool. It was 15 min. From Harper's ferry.

Hotel is in a perfect location and not far from food and grocery locations if needed. Hotel was clean and staff was very nice. It is the perfect hotel if you plan on staying in the neighborhood for tourism of Harpers Ferry and C&O Canal.
